TWO Kilkenny schools are to receive funding totalling 95,950 euro for dining area and canteen equipment, according to Minister John McGuinness.
The Mother of Fair Love will receive 46,950 euro and the St John of God National School will receive 49,000 euro.

The Government has announced the allocation of over 5.5 million euro in funding from the Dormant Accounts Fund and 1.2 million euro from the RAPID Leverage Fund for just under 200 projects tackling disadvantage among children and older people.

“This is great news for the Kilkenny schools and further commitment from the Government to continue to support children and elderly people who need this funding to help improve their quality of life,” Minister McGuinness said.
