KILKENNY citizens have returned an overwhelming vote in favour of Dem-ocratic Presidential nominee, Barack Obama, just days before America goes to the polls.
The results of an online poll conducted on Kil kennyPeople.ie show that 60% of voters would like to see Obama installed in the White House over his Republican counterpart, John McCain.

The world will be watching with baited breath next Tuesday (November 4) when US citizens will put to rest months of speculation about who will become the next American President.

Obama holds a commanding lead in the crucial final days before the poll, but McCain, along with his high-profile running mate, Sarah Palin, may still close the gap.
