The work is by Anthony Donohue, in an exhibition titled “My Way.”

Anthony, who has autism, lives near Callan and has a great interest in painting. He is non-verbal and has hearing impairment but this does not prevent Anthony from having a fulfilled life.

Anthony has been studying art at KCAT in Callan for the past two years and enjoys the social aspect as much as the learning. He also works with other art materials such as weaving, mosaic, woodwork and craft making. He has exhibited his work in KCAT but this is his first solo exhibition.

It continues until April 29 in the Parliament Street restaurant.
