Older Adults Tai Chi

Tai Chi is all about slow and fluid movements, which helps release tension and stress from the body. This exercise also strengthens the muscles, ligaments and tendons that protect and support the joints while keeping them mobile and healthy. The programme is for older adults of all fitness levels, and the emphasis is on having fun and getting active, whilst meeting people. Football for Adults with an Intellectual Disability

Introduction to Information Technology (FETAC 4)

A course for those with some knowledge of computers who would like to do a refresher or get a recognised certificate. This course would also look good on a CV.

The programme will cover the following topics:

· Data Entry / Keyboard

· Word Processing

· File Management

· Introduction to spreadsheets and databases

Again numbers are restricted to 7 people so there will be time to answer all your queries and questions! Starting March 12th, from 12pm-2pm.
