Older Adults Tai Chi
Tai Chi is all about slow and fluid movements, which helps release tension and stress from the body. This exercise also strengthens the muscles, ligaments and tendons that protect and support the joints while keeping them mobile and healthy. The programme is for older adults of all fitness levels, and the emphasis is on having fun and getting active, whilst meeting people.
