If you have not made a New Year’s resolution it’s not too late. We would encourage everyone to try a new activity this year which is the European Year of Active Ageing and solidarity among generations, so join in.
Perhaps try “Exercise your brain” more this year and try some Bridge. The Kilkenny Bridge Centre is home to eight Bridge Clubs and opens Monday to Thursday evenings, games start at 7.30pm sharp but don’t worry if you have not played before new members are always welcome and lessons are available. The Centre may be starting morning sessions soon subject to demand. The centre has excellent bar and disabled facilities so contact Marion Kilbride on 087 6544737 for more information.
