Michelle O’Brien-Power and her team at Kilkenny’s Maxol’s service station, Kilkenny were announced as the winner in the Top Customer Care category at the Maxol Retail Conference held recently at Killashee House Hotel in County Kildare.
Maxol’s Retail Awards promote and recognise excellence in retail standards and customer care in its service stations and are designed to ensure that customers experience a warm, welcoming forecourt environment. The award categories range from Best Forecourt Standards and Best Convenience Store to Best Customer Care and Best Carwash, giving Maxol’s network of some 215 retailers plenty of scope to compete for accolades throughout the year.
Commenting on Maxol Kilkenny’s performance at the awards, Maxol CEO Tom Noonan said: “Congratulations to Michelle O’Brien-Power and her team for winning these top accolades. It really is a great achievement and one for which she can all be extremely proud. This year’s Retail Conference marked the company’s largest corporate event with over 180 service station operators attending from across Ireland. Maxol outlined its strategic plan for the next five years.
