The new Audi Q7 is available to order. Prospective buyers will be able to view it in dealerships between May 14 and June 19.
The Q7 will arrive here in two 3.0 engine models, the 3.0TDI 272ps and 3.0 TFSI 333ps. Deliveries will begin in July. Initial customer deliveries of the 3.0TDI 218ps variants are set for the fourth quarter of the year.
The launch prices start from €72,975, Audi Ireland confirmed. Finance is available from €759 per month with a 4.9% APR rate.
The Q7 comes with three equipment lines - SE, SE Business and S Line. SE Business prices start at €77,375, featuring additional luxury items such as virtual cockpit. S Line additional equipment includes LED headlights, with pricing starting at €79,875.
Set to redefine the class, Q7 boasts a 325kg reduction in weight, a remarkably fuel-efficient TDi engine, a sophisticated infotainment offering and seven seats as standard.
Weight saving was a core objective during development. With Audi’s “ultra” engine technology, the Q7 is 26% more efficient.
The 3.0TDI 218 quattro variant consumes on average just 5.7 litres of fuel per 100 kilometres, or 149 grams of CO2 per kilometre.
Increased traction and enhanced driving performance are delivered through Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive technology, standard across the range. The drive select system enables the driver to alter their operating characteristics across seven driving modes - auto, comfort, efficiency, dynamic, individual, while introducing the new off-road and off-road lift modes.
The all-new Q7’s spacious interior includes seven seats as standard, with 770 litres of luggage room. With only the front seats occupied, the new Q7 provides a massive 1,955 litres of storage space.
Powered opening and closing tailgate ensures easier access.
Tilt and fold function
The second row seats benefit from a tilt-and-fold function, and the two third row seats can be easily stowed away using a powered folding mechanism.
On the exterior, the key design feature is the large 3D hexagonal single-frame grille flanked by double-arrow design Xenon plus headlights. LED lights, including high beam assist, are standard on the S line model.
Matrix LEDs are available as an option.
New 18-inch design alloy wheels are available on the SE, while SE Business and S-line versions upgrade to a 19-inch and 20-inch wheel respectively.
The new Q7 offers a cutting-edge technological interface via the MMI navigation plus system through an 8.3-inch retractable TFT display on the dash’. Audi’s much acclaimed virtual cockpit screen is standard on SE Business and S-Line lines.
The newly developed MMI navigation plus features a new intelligent search interface through an intuitive touchpad or voice control for complete convenience.
