KILKENNY’S team to face Clare in the fourth round NHL in Ennis will feature Michael Rice at wing forward - his first game since last August when he suffered a severe hand injury in the All-Ireland semi-final win over Tipperary.

KILKENNY’S team to face Clare in the fourth round NHL in Ennis will feature Michael Rice at wing forward - his first game since last August when he suffered a severe hand injury in the All-Ireland semi-final win over Tipperary.

Also back for The Cats is influential midfielder Michael Fennelly. The team selected sees Ger Aylward and Paddy Hogan retain their places. Defenders Paul Murphy and Jackie Tyrrell are both out with injuries. Walter Walsh, another long term injury, is listed in the subs.
