Shefflin returns, as Kilkenny name four championship debuts

The four newcomers to the championship are David Herritty in goal, Paul Murphy at corner back, Paddy Hogan in defence and corner forward Colm Fennelly.

Wing back Tommy Walsh has not fully recovered from a shoulder injury, but Michael Fennelly has made the team coming back from a hand injury.

Kilkenny’s clash with Wexford, who have already beaten Antrim in Wexford Park this year is after the Leinster SFC quarter final between Wexford and Westmeath. The hurling game throws in at 7pm, and supporters are asked to travel early to the venue.
