Three homes games

Kilkenny will play three homes games during the Allianz National Hurling League, and one of their away matches will be decided under lights.

The away ties will be against Clare and Dublin, the latter in Parnell Park under lights on Saturday, March 15.

Nowlan Park will host atttractive matches against Tipperary, Galway and Waterford, in that order.

Kilkenny are the defending champions. Since the turn of the Millennium the Cats won the title seven times.

The trophy for the winners of Division IA is the Dr Croke Cup.

February 16 - round 1 in Ennis, Clare v Kilkenny (2pm).

February 23 - round 2 in Nowlan Park, Kilkenny v Tipperary (2pm).

March 9 - round 3 in Nowlan Park, Kilkenny v Galway (2pm).

March 15 (Saturday) - round 4 in Parnell Park, Dublin v Kilkenny (7pm).

March 23 - round 5 in Nowlan Park, Kilkenny v Waterford (2pm).

March 30 - Allianz NHL Division 1 quarter-finals, League 5th anbd 6th play-offs (1A, 1B, 2B).

April 20 - Allianz NHL Division I semi-finals.

May 4 - Allianz NHL Division I final.
