Hill and Back in Threecastles GAA

The Hill and Back running Challenge on Sunday is aimed at adults and children, for serious athletes and joggers; walkers and talkers and anyone else.

Organised by Threecastles GAA Club, the 10km route is for the serious runners and with an excellent, undulating route, is a good test. You can register online on www.popupraces.ie or register in the club pitch on the day between 9.30 and 10.45am.

The 5k is for adults, children and for families and also starts at 11am sharp.

The GAA field is just off the Freshford road after the Rock Bar and it is always a lovely occasion with members of the club and local people providing free refreshments, including tea, coffee, soups and cakes at the finish line. There is a 2K fun run for the children.
