The Acorn Club will run its annual variety show in The Community Hall in Freshford but it is a little earlier this year on Friday next.
Topping the bill will be one of Ireland’s best loved and respected entertainers the “King of The Swingers” Paddy Cole.
The legendary artist, who performed with and led some of Ireland’s greatest showbands (Brendan Boyer & The Big 8, The Capitol) will have you singing and dancing in the aisles!
Paddy Fitzpatrick - Always a great favourite with the Variety Show audiences, will sing a number of his own songs.
Paddy, affectionately known as “The Bard of Tullaroan” is a much loved, popular singer and songwriter. Paddy has many great songs and recordings under his belt. He is a captivating storyteller and his deep gravelly voice is fantastic

The Royal Meath Accordion Orchestra under the baton of Musical Maestro Gerry Kelly are due to appear on The late Late Show.
Suspiro Male Voice Choir - This superb choir from Kilkenny under the direction of Sean O'Neill comes with a special programme for the night.
RTE/Rose of Tralee MD Ollie Hennesssy with Kilkenny lads Jimmy Byrne (Guitar), Tom Hickey (Bass), Brian Doran (Drums) with The Duettes Noreen Nolan and Olivia Smith will support all the acts on the night.
The students from St Lachtain’s National School will perform. Every class is represented and great credit is due to Principal Brendan Tynan, his dedicated staff, the parents and children.
