The late Patrick (Paddy) Buggy

The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) Buggy, Wilton, Cork / Kilkenny.

Buggy (Wilton, Cork and late of Kilkenny) On November 22nd 2016, peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the tender, loving care of the nurses and staff at the Cork University Hospital, Patrick (Paddy) (late of Pfizers). Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Raftery) and much loved father of Margaret and Martin. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, son-in-law Frank, daughter-in-law Lilian, grandchildren Lyanna and Achilla, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Lying in repose at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. Removal on Thursday at 6.30pm to St. Joseph’s SMA Church, Wilton. Requiem Mass on Friday at 2.30pm. Funeral afterwards to St. James' Cemetery, Chetwynd.

The late Margaret (Maggie) FOX (née Butler)

The death has occurred of Margaret (Maggie) FOX (née Butler), Killahy, Tullaroan, Kilkenny.

Peacefully at St.Catherine's Nursing Home, Freshford surrounded by her loving family. Reposing at Doyle's Funeral Home, Urlingford on Thursday from 4 o'clock with prayers at 7 o'clock. Removal on Friday morning to St. Patrick's Church, Graine arriving for Requiem Mass at 11 o'clock. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Rosary will be recited at Doyle's Funeral Home, Urlingford tonight at 9 o'clock. House private on Friday morning please.

The late Annie (Nan) Lanigan

The death has occurred of Annie (Nan) Lanigan, (London) formerly Jerpoint Church, Thomastown, Kilkenny.

Nan died on Thursday, 20th October in London. Deeply regretted by her brother, Richard, sisters: Joan Lynch, Kathleen Lennon, Eileen Coffey, sister in law, brother in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends including her friends in the deaf community of Dublin and London.

Nan is predeceased by her brother, Seamus, Raheendenore. Requiem Mass on Saturday, 26 November at 2pm in the Church of the Assumption, Thomastown, followed by commital of ashes in St Mary's New Cemetery, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny.


The late Jack Cockburn


The death has occurred Jack Cockburn, Apple Cottage, Tybroughney, Piltown, Kilkenny
Deeply regretted by his loving wife Maureen and family. Reposing at Donnacha Doyle & Sons Funeral Home, Grannagh, Kilmacow on Wednesday from 5pm until 7pm followed by private cremation on Thursday.


The late Paul Lacey


The death has occurred of Paul Lacey Killeshin, Carlow / Kilkenny.
Paul Lacey of Killeshin, Carlow passed away peacefully on November 20th, 2016, surrounded by his loving family at The Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise, after a short illness. Beloved son of the late Jim and Kitty and much loved brother of Tommy, Una and Pat. He will be sadly missed by his loving brothers, sister, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, grandnephews, grandnieces, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros. Funeral Home, Graiguecullen, Carlow from 2 p.m on Tuesday with Prayers at 7.30 p.m. Removal on Wednesday at 11.30 a.m to The Church of the Holy Cross, Killeshin, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Lourdes Invalid Fund.

The death has occurred of Mary Carroll, 19, Old Callan Road, Kilkenny City, Kilkenny on  20th of November 2016 (suddenly) at her home. She will be sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, extended family and friends.Reposing at her home from 4p.m. on Tuesday with Rosary at 8p.m. Funeral Prayers on Wednesday at 10a.m. followed by Removal to St. Canice's Church for 11a.m. Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St. Kieran's Cemetery.


The late Nicholas Gough
The death has occurred of Nicholas Gough, The Sallies, Glenmore, Kilkenny. Beloved husband of the late Catherine (Kitty) and beloved father of Mary.Reposing at Cooney's Funeral Home, New Ross on Wednesday, 23rd November, from 5pm until 9pm. Removal from the funeral home on Thursday, 24th November, to St. David's Church, Listerlin, arriving for 12 noon Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.


The late Karl Fitzgerald


The death has occurred of Karl Fitzgerald,  Camphill Community Jerpoint, Thomastown, Kilkenny and formerly of Clonskea, Dublin.
Karl died peacefully on Sunday at Camphill Community Jerpoint where he was a resident for many years. He will repose there from 5 pm on Monday with funeral service in Castalia Hall, Ballytobin Camphill Community at 11.30 am on Tuesday morning. Interment on Wednesday at 1 pm in Deans Grange Cemetery, Dublin.

 

The late Seamus Farrell


The death has occurred of Séamus Farrell, 'Woodview', Kilkenny Road, and the  Railway Garage, Castlecomer, Kilkenny.
At Drakelands Nursing Home surrounded by his family. Sadly missed by his loving wife Ciss, daughters Bernadette, Brona, and son James, grandchildren, David, Amy, Karen, Audrey, Aishling, Siobhán, Jill and Shane, great grand-daughter Robyn, sons-in-law David and Seamus, brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the residence of his son James, Kilkenny Road, Castlecomer, from 12pm on Monday. Vigil Prayers and Rosary on Monday evening at 8pm. Funeral Prayers on Tuesday morning at 10am followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Castlecomer for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
As a mark of respect, the Railway Garage will be closed from 6pm on Monday evening to 7am on Wednesday morning.


The late Annastatia Bolger (nee Lynch)


The death has occurred of Annastatia (Stas) Bolger (née Lynch), Barrowmount Drive, Goresbridge, Kilkenny.
Sadly missed by her loving daughters Mag and Liz, son Tom, sister Lila (Irwin), grandchildren Diane, Linda and James, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Joyce's Funeral Home, Borris from 6pm to 9pm on Sunday and from 2pm to 9pm on Monday. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30am to Duiske Abbey, Graiguenamanagh, arriving for funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery.
