Rubbish is again beginning to mount outside a recycling bring centre in the city.
All the bottle banks there have been full for a number of days. And instead of bringing their rubbish back home, people are leaving it at the centre close to St Canice's Church where there are security cameras in operation.

Recycling companys cant be bothered to pick up their free money, What a joke blaming the people, the company should be fined every time this happens, How come in Norway and other Civilized countries you get money for your recycling glass???The recycling people get money for it!! Typical Ireland blaming the people for everything,
