Friends and staff of the Kilkenny Alzheimer’s Society raised €3,609 through gaining sponsorship for their participation in the Stoneyford 10K Challenge in May of this year.
“The services we provide to people affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia in Kilkenny are invaluable to them and could not be possible without the continuing generosity of the people of Kilkenny,” said a spokesperson for the Alzheimer’s Society. “Well done to everybody who took sponsorship cards and to all who sponsored them. Thank you to the Stoneyford 10K organisers and committee. It was a great day, and thanks for allowing us to be part of it.”
