THE STAFF at The Reptile Village in Gowran are putting on a special show this Saturday to banish the legend that St Patrick drove the snakes out of Ireland.

THE STAFF at The Reptile Village in Gowran are putting on a special show this Saturday to banish the legend that St Patrick drove the snakes out of Ireland.

“We’re going to have a special St Patrick’s day theme and we’ll be teaching people a little about why snakes really aren’t in Ireland which has nothing to do with St. Patrick,” said Megan Stacey.

The reptile zoo is open from 10am to 6pm.
