Kilkenny Recreation and Sports Partnership (KRSP) organised the three walks across the city and county which took place last Saturday at the Discovery Park in Castlecomer and Woodstock Gardens in Inistioge.

A walk also took place in the city which started at Lady Desart Bridge and followed the River Nore to the Canal Walk before entering the Castle grounds. The route will included a 30-minute looped walk (approximately) of the grounds of Kilkenny Castle and ended in the Rose Garden.

People of all ages and fitness levels took part in the walks which organisers deemed to be a resounding success.
