BRIAN Cody trained the Kilkenny senior hurling team for the first time in almost two months today (Sunday). He showed no ill-effects from the heart surgery he underwent on April 4 in a Dublin hospital. None of the players had any idea he would be taking the Sunday afternoon session in Nowlan Park and were delighted to see the “Boss” back.
