Cillian Buckley comes in at wing forward and Walter Walsh makes his championship debut at full forward - replacing Colin Fennelly and Aidan Fogarty.

There are no changes to the Kilkenny defence or midfield.

The line up of the starting six has also seen Ballyhale duo TJ Reid and Henry Shefflin now named in the corner forward positions.

Walsh and Buckley figured highly in Kilkenny’s U-21 march to the All-Ireland final - which ended in defeat to Clare recently.
