Also speaking will be Mayor Sean O’Hargain, Anne Neary, ICA National President, Liz Wall and Ivan O’Brien of O’Brien Press who published Food For Friends.

In the book Edward, who is a regular contributor to Ireland AM, shows how staying in can be the new going out and that cooking for friends and family doesn’t need to be a challenge. So whether it’s a cosy dinner or a big bash Food For Friends makes get togethers enjoyable and stress free. Following the recipes in Food For Friends you can entertain at home on a budget with ease from casual brunches and suppers to more formal dinner parties and festive occasions.

Edward is a regular guest on TV3’s ‘Ireland AM’. He has a wealth of culinary experience from his training in Waterford IT and Cork IT and has recently completed a Masters Degree in Learning and Teaching. As well as lecturing in Waterford IT, Edward gives cookery classes and demonstrations in a variety of cookery schools and venues throughout the country.
