A chance to join Dreamstuff's 'Adventures'

'ONCE upon a time, a wise old man founded a youth theatre company that was the stuff of dreams. All over the kingdom of Kilkenny they were known as Dreamstuff Youth Theatre. For 10 years now they have given young people the opportunity to perform in the Watergate Theatre in a wide variety of highly lauded plays. In fact they are so good that this December they will perform their 20th play there.

Night after night, young people all over Kilkenny would be visited by the mysterious Sandman who would give them dreams that one day they would be part of Dreamstuff Youth Theatre!

Well, if you’ve dreamed of being part of this loud and arrogant youth theatre, now is your chance. On September 2 and 7, the magical world of Dreamstuff will be opened wide for you to come and show off your acting skills and maybe, just maybe, you’ll be the stuff of dreams. No experience is necessary, only enthusiasm and a love for showing off.

So if you’d like to take part, come and audition for Dreamstuff’s new comedy that proves anyone can be their own hero. It is also known as Andersen’s Fairytales: The Adventures of Hans Christian Andersen.

So come one, come all to YIFM Studios on the Waterford Road at 7pm and knock their glass slippers off! For more information, contact Angela on 056 7746477 or email angelabarrett@yifm.com.
