Allsops sells Irishtown property

A property in Irishtown, Kilkenny was sold at the Allsops distressed property auction for €120,000. The property was put on sale with a reserve that wasn’t revealed but that wasn’t in excess of €140,000

The large property comprises a mid terrace retail and office building arranged over ground and two upper floors beneath a pitched roof. Internally the property is arranged to provide office accommodation. The property was constructed in 1990.

I think this is good value for money,but what would the building be best used for any ideas .......anybody
