Dangerous driving case adjourned

A DEFENDANT charged with dangerous driving, having no driving licence and failure to display L plates had his case adjourned at Kilkenny Court.

Inspector Liam Connolly told the court that Pawel Baron, 4 Gallows Hill who is charged with the offences which are alleged to have taken place at the Bennettsbridge Road on December 3, 2010 was ‘out of the country’ and Judge David Anderson adjourned the case to February 6.
