THE Minister for Education and Skills, An Tánaiste, Mary Coughlan, will visit Kilkenny Education Centre on September 7 to launch the following projects:

• Ipod in the classroom

• Craft in the Classroom (in conjunction with the National Crafts Council)

• Samba Drumming

• OurWatery World (CD) A Kilkenny Education Centre publication

• A children’s guide book to galleries (in conjunction with the Butler Gallery)

• Farm Safety (in conjunction with the Health and Safety Authority)

• Schools in Changing Times: Jim Lyons (a Kilkenny Education Centre publication)
