The third round of the Spring League will be played this weekend. The format will be a three person team event with the fourth team member playing a singles stableford.
The team competition will be a three person rumble. Team captains are reminded that a different team member plays the singles in each round. Substitutes can only play in the team events.
IMPROVEMENT: A number of course improvement projects are currently underway at the club. The entrance to the club has been radically transformed over the past two weeks. The car park is currently under major reconstruction as are the road ways at the 14th tee box and the paths leading to and from the 1st and 18th greens and the putting green.
Cosmetic works around and in the clubhouse are currently underway. New bins have been located throughout the car park and additional bins and seating will be placed throughout the course over the coming weeks.
Construction continues on the development of the seven new tee boxes throughout the course. Members will see a number of GUR areas for this reason. The club apologised for the appearance of things at this time, but assures members the end result will be worthwhile.
