KILKENNY rugby club will hold a Field Day on Sunday, August 14 in their newly re-furbished premises at Foulkstown on the Waterford Road.
Master of ceremonies, George Chandler will open proceedings at 2pm. Marble City Sounds and friends will provide music for young and old alike on the main stage. A DJ will also be on hand to keep everyone entertained with the chart-topping music.
As well as a barbecue and light refreshments, visitors can also enjoy the treats at the wheel of fortune and Tombola with some fantastic prizes on offer. The much coveted European Heineken Cup won by Leinster Rugby will make an appearance.
For the more energetic there will be Bouncy Castles, a 20 foot slide, a 30 foot Activity Run, a “drench the coach” competition, pony rides and much, much more. There will also be a Strongman exhibition and competition.
