GAA - The St. Patrick’s players were victorious over the Rower Inistioge in the replay of the Intermediate Semi County final on Sunday. The Bally support was clear to be heard as the team gave them plenty to cheer about playing great in the first half and a Barry Staunton goal giving them an edge however they finished the first half down by a point. They came out stronger in the second half and a goal was once again on the cards thanks to brilliant team work and the hurl of Michael Brennan. Kevin Kelly was in fine form, taking frees, and working hard. Each and every player was brilliant and their hard work and determination over the last 22 months now sees them in the Intermediate County Final at their first year at the grade. The game will take place next Sunday and we hope all the Ballyragget support will once again be evident. Come on the Bally boys
