At the heart of Relay is the opportunity to celebrate Cancer Survivors and remember those who have departed this world because of it. People who have been touched in any and every way by cancer are invited to join in the celebration.

Relay for Life in Kilkenny will be held on Saturday 20 July and Sunday 21 July, 2013 at Scanlon Park, Kilkenny.

The Relay for Life group are recruiting teams of volunteers who will walk around the track in relay, for 24 hours, because cancer never sleeps!! Otherwise team members are free to socialise, have fun and enjoy the fun packed day and entertainment.

Anyone who would like to be part of this event in any way are asked to please contact them on relayforlifekilkenny@gmail.com or 086 8547757.

To help the clubs promote the season ticket and raise funds the F.A.I. have produced a printable poster and website banner, both of which are available to download from www.fai.ie/clubst

The F.A.I. have emailed the Club Secretaries on their database with an overview of the offer, however, if anyone has a contact in a club that feels would push the offer or is proactive in trying to raise funds for their club, please direct them to the following link, www.fai.ie/clubst.
