NOVEMBER MASS FOR THE DEAD - A special Remembrance Mass, to remember all our deceased relatives and friends, will take place in Urlingford Church on Saturday, November 10 at 7pm. All parishioners are encouraged to join us. We will remember in particular, those who have died in the past year.

ICA MEETING - The November ICA meeting will be held in Graine tomorrow (Thursday) at 8pm.

ST JOSEPH’S YOUNG PRIEST SOCIETY - November meeting will be held in Graine Church on Friday, November 9 at 7.30pm after Mass. (Please note change of date).

MASSES FOR NEXT WEEK - Thursday, November 1 - Holy Day of Obligation: Vigil Mass today (Wednesday) 7pm; Thursday Mass in Graine 10am and 11.30am in Urlingford. Friday, November 2 - Feast of All Souls: Mass in Urlingford at 9.30am and Graine 7pm. November Offering envelopes are available at the back of the Church along with Remembrance slips. Please return Remembrance slips with list of the deceased next weekend for inclusion at all our Masses during the month of November.

CHRISTMAS SHOE BOX APPEAL - An average size shoebox or plastic container covered in Christmas paper can be filled with some of the following items: pens, pencils, copies, colouring book, felt pens, eraser, sharpener, solar calculator, toothbrush and paste, wrapped soap, brush, comb, facecloth, hat, scarf, underwear, socks, sweets, no chocolate, cuddly toy, doll, car, musical instrument skipping rope, makeup etc. If you would like to donate an item or a shoe box contact Ann Marie Scully Quinlan on 087 2238737 for more information.

CHILDMINDING COURSE - Are you a childminder or thinking of becoming a childminder? An “introduction to childminding course” will take place in Kilkenny on Saturday November 10 and Saturday November 17, from 10am to 4pm each day.
