I.C.A.-Table Quiz in Cois Abhann on Friday 22nd March at 8.00 p.m. Teams of four €20. Proceeds will go to the Community Centre fund. Teams from the local and surrounding areas and even further afield are welcome to participate. A good night of fun is assured.

IRISH DANCERS-The W.I.D.A European and World Championships will be held in Dusseldorf, Germany this April. Local dancers Amy and Sarah Malone from Inistioge along with girls from Graig, New Ross and Waterford will be representing the Furness School of Dance at the championships. In order to raise some much needed funds for the Furness School of Dance a Rose night will be held in the Duiske Inn, Graiguenamanagh on March 27th and there will be a sponsored leg wax on the night. There is also a 10k sponsored walk on March 30th in Kennedy Park, New Ross. All sponsorship welcome. Please contact Vicki on 0871323393.

NAME ON JERSEY-Kilkenny Camogie have a novel way of seeking sponsorship for their Senior panel. For a €50 donation, your company name will be entered into a draw and the winning name will be on the Senior Kilkenny Camogie Jersey for 2013. The draw will take place on Thursday, 21st March in The Springhill Court Hotel and all are welcome. The lucky name will be drawn out by Tommy Walsh, and refreshments will be served. COFFEE MORNING-The big coffee morning at Rothwells, Inistioge takes place again this year on Saturday, March 23rd from 11am. This year TV3 chef Edward Hayden will be doing a cookery demo and there will also be bring and buy, a cakes and jams stall plus bric a brac. All monies raised will go to the Irish cancer society. Your support would be greatly appreciated for this worthy cause.

GYM AT COIS ABHAINN-Revised opening hours for the gym, Days-Monday 9am to 3pm, Wednesday 9am to 1pm, Friday 9am to 3pm, Evenings-Monday to Thursday 7pm to 9.30pm, Friday 7pm to 9pm, Saturday 11pm to 12am. STOTT PILATES STRENGTHENING AND TONING-A nine week course will start in Cois Abhainn, Inistioge on Wednesday March 20th from 7 to 8pm and from 8 to 9pm. The cost of the course is €100. ST. COLMCILLES NS-Enrolement forms are now available for junior infants who wish to start in the school in September. Forms are available from the school secretary from 9am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday and also from Woodstock and Clever Cats pre schools. Please note that children must be 4 years old by September 1st 2013. The closing date for applications is March 22nd.
