Pretty Wedding - On Thursday 18th April in St. Bennett;s Church, Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny the wedding of Dominique Holmes and John Delaney took place.
The nuptial mass was con celebrated by Canon Duggan, Tulahern and Fr. P. Guilfoyle P.P. Tullaroan. Bridesmaids Yvonne Khodabacksh, Vivienne Holmes, Zarah Kodabacksh, best man James Hennessy, groomsman Jack Holmes, flower girl Sofia Kodabacksh, page boy Jim Hennessy. Sarah Walpole was the soloist.Dominique is daughter of Caroline Holmes, Tullaroan and John is son of Paddy and Breda Delaney, Lates, Tullaroan.
The happy couple are wished all the best for the future.

Prague House Fundraiser - Prague House Freshford are again running their Benefit Night of Greyhound Racing

Whist Drive - A whist drive will be held in the Tullaroan Community Centre on Friday 3rd May commencing at 8.45pm. Proceeds to Tullaroan National School and your support would be very much appreciated.
Camogie - The Tullaroan intermediate team had a good win over Tullogher in the All County League held at the Tullaroan sports grounds on Sunday last. Score Tullaroan 6-14 Tullogher 0-03.
Hurling - On Friday evening last in O’Loughlin’s sports grounds, Kilkenny the Tullaroan senior hurling team went under to St. Martin’s in their first round of the senior hurling league. They will play Graigue/Ballycallan in the next round.The junior team had a good match against Clara in the Junior All County League held at Tullaroan on Sunday afternoon last. They went under by two points. Membership of the Tullaroan Hurling Club is now due and can be paid to Dick Walshe, Chairman, Donie Hogan, Secretary, or John Connolly Treasurer.

All Ireland Minor Final - Miriam Walsh, Mountgale was on the Kilkenny minor camogie team that drew with Cork in the All Ireland Minor Camogie Final held at McDonagh Park, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary on Saturday afternoon last. Miriam is wished all the best in the replay.
