BAGENALSTOWN COMMUNITY CELEBRATION NIGHT - On behalf of the community Town Clerk, Janette O’Brien, has announced that following our tremendous win at the Co Operation Ireland Pride of Place Awards 2012, the community of Bagenalstown is hosting a celebration night to mark this momentous occasion.
The Celebration takes place on Thursday, December 6 at 8pm in the McGrath Hall Bagenalstown and ALL of the community of Bagenalstown are invited to attend.
This win is as a result of the efforts of ALL of our community, as well as businesses and agencies, coming together and working to showcase all of the wonderful things that our area has to offer.
The Bagenalstown Youth Group will also launch their DVD of judging day on the night. Light refreshments will be served too.
Janette encourages everybody to go along and enjoy the night “The community sincerely thanks organisations for their invaluable contribution and would greatly appreciate if you could extend the invitation to every person that became involved through your participation (either in the preparations for or on the judging day) in the Co Operation Ireland Pride of Place project. We look forward to seeing you there on the night and celebrating our achievement “
