The A.G.M. of the G.A.A. Club will take place at the Clubrooms in Harristown on Saturday 7th December.It is hoped there will be a big turnout to plan the Clubs strategy for the year ahead. Nomination and motion forms will be posted on the Clubs website for those willing to avail. Proceedings get underway at 8p

TABLE QUIZ

As part of their fund raising efforts the G.A.A. CLUB will hold a table quiz at the Globe on Friday 29th November commencing at 9pm.Full details are available from Jim Whelan with the profits going to the ongoing developments at the field

ASTRO TURF. The new astro turf pitch adjacent to Duiske College is now up and running and the good news is that for the Month of November there is no charge for the use of the facility. However a few strict rules have to be observed by everyone using the facility and those include the use of Runners or special astro turf runners at all times. No studs or blades are allowed. The pitch can cater for hurling, soccer, gaelic fottball camogie and other sports and pastimes. Bookings can be made by contacting Patrick Lennon at 086 0549867
