CLONEEN AGM - Cloneen Hurling Club held their AGM on Sunday evening with a good attendance. Followin a decent year on the playing fields the biggest pressure is the same as with many clubs and that is financing the club for the coming. The first major outlay is the immediate cost of registration and insurance which last year cost almost €7,000 before a ball is struck. All the outgoing club officers were returned for another season with Donal Brennan (Chairman), Josephine Cooney (Secretary) and John Paul O’Neill (Treasurer) retaining their places at the top table.
