New date set for Devane Golf Classic

The fourth Ger Devane Memorial Golf Classic will take place in Kilkenny Golf Club on August 9 and 10.

The fourth Ger Devane Memorial Golf Classic will take place in Kilkenny Golf Club on August 9 and 10.

It had originally been scheduled for June, but was cancelled due to unprecedented amounts of rainfall. There are a few remaining places on the timesheet and a team of four costs E200 including breakfast bap, on-course bar-b-que and dinner.

All funds raised will benefit the Kilkenny Community Early Years Project. For details, contact Michael Devane on 086 2504081.
