Community Centre - The appeal goes out, we need your help more than ever. Thats the call from Thomastown Community Centre. The centre thats at the heart of your community. No doubt most of you know by now that the the centre is seen a transformation of great magnitude since Februrary 25th. the toilets and showers that were once classified as state of the art when they were built back in 1979, are being replaced with meeting room, kitchen with insulated floors, roofs, walls and hot water. the forward thinking of this development shows how much we are thinking to the future. we are putting in place the proper infrastructure for the young and not so young. yes! the Danesforts, the Stoneyfords have built their success with state of the art community centres. why should we settle for anything else? but all this comes at a cost. but it is the foresight and pure determination of the centres management and executive that has driven on this wonderful community centre for you, for everyone. please support our refurbishment programme by buying a block for 20.00 or make a donation to Bank of Ireland Market Street.
