The Kilkenny People was first published in 1892, and has continued to serve the people of Kilkenny city, county and surrounding areas for over 120 years.
A strong voice for the local community, the newspaper has featured in James Joyce's Ulysses and it's printing press was once commandeered by the British, in 1919 during the War of Independence.
The Kilkenny People offers unrivalled news and sports coverage, and reflects the vibrancy of our city and county - our arts, festivals, heritage and sport.
Our offices, at 34 High Street, Kilkenny, and we are in all newsagents throughout Kilkenny and beyond every Wednesday morning.
