Kilkenny battered by Storm Ciara - River Breagagh Flooding

Storm Ciara battered Kilkenny with wind and rain from Saturday into Sunday and the city is seeing the effects this evening as rivers start to break their banks.

The River Breagagh, a tributary of the Nore in the city, is already flooding and water levels are high on the Nore.

Thanks to Paul McGinley for sharing this pictures of the river, that he took today.
