Christmas cooking with a twist

COOKERY legends Anne Neary (Ryeland House Cookery) and Edward Hayden-Edward Entertains (TV3 Ireland AM) in association with Dicksboro GAA and camogie clubs present Christmas with a Twist (Food for thought over Christmas) Cookery Extravaganza.

COOKERY legends Anne Neary (Ryeland House Cookery) and Edward Hayden-Edward Entertains (TV3 Ireland AM) in association with Dicksboro GAA and camogie clubs present Christmas with a Twist (Food for thought over Christmas) Cookery Extravaganza.

The event takes place this Thursday (November 29) in the Newpark Hotel at 8pm.

The focus of the food will be on the days before and after Christmas. Beforehand a Local Kilkenny Food Trail Producers Food Fair will take place from 7pm.

Tickets are €20 and include a generous glass of wine.

They are on sale at the Newpark Hotel on the night, Silversprings Fruit and Veg-Johns Green, Mick Gaules Butchers on Dean Street and Hennessy Sports at the Newpark Shopping Centre.

A great night’s entertainment is guaranteed – and proceeds will be in aid of Dicksboro GAA Club’s proposed clubhouse developments for 2013.
