‘Every Picture Tells A Story’ is the theme of a photography exhibition in the Castlecomer Library from now until July 9.
The images are the work of participants of a basic digital photography course with Linda Nolan Photography, an eight-week course to help them get up and running with their digital cameras and computer. Participants learned how to improve their photo taking and how to edit their photos, covering topics such as depth of field, composition, lighting and equipment. The participants were encouraged to print their images, because so many photographs exist only in digital format these days.
Photographs in this exhibition were taken by the participants of the course. Covering a wide variety of topics, the images were chosen by each person because each had its own story to tell.
