Confirmation - On Sunday last Bishop Séamus Freeman Confirmed twenty one children from Scoil Ruadáin at the Church of The Assumption, Tullaroan. Alzheimer Day Centre and Home Care - Kilkenny Alzheimer Day Centre and Home Care are holding a Tea Day on the 11th of May between 11am and 1pm in St. Fiacres Parish Centre (beside Supervalu, Loughboy); you are welcome to come along on the day. Tea Party - After Mass On Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th May a ‘Tea Party’ will be held in the grounds of Tullaroan Parochial House. All proceeds will go to the Kilkenny Branch, Alzheimer’s Association. All support would be very much appreciated.
Congratulations Karen -There was big celebrations recently in the Make Up and Beauty Studio, Green Street Callan where Karen Maher opened her own business exactly one year ago this May. Karen is daughter of Elizabeth and the late Ger Maher, Courtstown, Tullaroan and is wished all the best for the coming years.
Mini Marathon - Volunteers are needed to take part in the Flora Women’s Mini Marathon which will be held in Dublin on 4th June. Scrap Metal Collection- Tullaroan hurling club are organising a scrap metal collection beginning the week of May 7th for one week.
