Mackerel by Athena Brownrigg
Exhibiting once again at Presentation Primary School, the St Mary’s Art and Craft Collective returns with creativity, colour and a warm community spirit as part of AKA Fringe 2025.
The group of like-minded creatives is back with a vibrant mix of regulars, new faces and returning artists all stepping out from their studios and craft rooms to share their work with the public.
The exhibition will run daily from August 8 to 17, 10:30am to 6pm, with free customer parking right at the door.

“It’s a fabulous line-up for 2025,” says event organiser Athena Brownrigg of Athena Made Art. “We’ll be showcasing everything from oil paintings, mixed media and felting, to stone masonry, handmade jewellery, leather bags, soaps and cosmetics, fine art photography, glasswork, and for the first time ever, cupcakes!”
All are also warmly invited to join the ‘Nibbles and Natter’ opening evening on Friday 8 from 4pm, a relaxed chance to meet the artist and crafters behind the work and enjoy some light refreshments in good company.
