As part of this year's summer 'Wexford Festival' the new Irish musical drama 'Across Blue Waters' written by Paul Redmond and directed by Conor O' Malley will be performed in St Aidan's Hall Bunclody on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd July at 8pm.
Across Blue Waters is a romantic period musical drama inspired by true events. It has five very different love stories intertwined with layers of Irish historic passion and adventure. The intense drama, mixed with haunting melodies, rousing anthems and romantic love songs is powerfully brought to life with superb singer/actors. The cauldron of Irish revolutionary fervour of the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century is the melting pot into which the five love stories are skillfully blended. Across Blue Waters written and crafted by singer/writer Paul Redmond promises an exciting and very entertaining evening.
Tickets €15, are available online at www.thepromisemusicaldrama.com or call 087 289 2056. Tickets are also avilable at ArtBank and Steemer's Newsagents Bunclody. They will also be available at the door on the night.
