Moonlight staging acting workshop in Home Rule Club

The recently formed amateur drama group Moonlight are hosting a workshop, open to anyone interested in acting.
The day long class will take place on Saturday, September 15 in the Home Rule Club, John’s Quay, Kilkenny, starting at 10am.  The workshop will be facilitated by Ger Cody.
Ger is an experienced director and award winning actor and is well known from his time as manager of the Watergate Theatre. The workshops are open to any current and aspiring actors.
Moonlight Drama Group was established with the aim of promoting amateur drama across county Kilkenny.
The group held its first production A Lovers Meeting – by Louis d’Alton at the end of last year to packed out audiences in Thomastown Concert Hall, which was directed by the well known local director Michael Casey.
Places for the workshop are limited and a nominal deposit of €10 is required to reserve your place.
