It kicks off with ‘Unlock Your Full Potential and Be the Best Version of Yourself’ an evening of integrated health and wellness coaching, with special guests and rugby analyst and mental health advocate, Brent Pope; former Irish international track and field athlete, David Gillick; Gerry Hussey, performance psychologist and Miriam Kerins-Hussey, integrated health and wellness coach. The evening will be hosted by Edward Hayden on Thursday, October 25 in Hotel Kilkenny. Tickets €25 include refreshments on arrival).
