"We are lucky to have dedicated local staff but if you have proven experience in a hotel/fine dining restaurant with executive kitchen level or front level experience we do not just invest in ventures but the team that makes it happen."
The Long Man was a very popular local sestaurant and bar and a very important venue for many parish events in the 90s.
Margaret and Seamus Keaney were the proprietors of the business and that partnership was a successful one.
New owner, Brian Coll, is delighted to announce the reopening.
Locals are looking forward to having this establishment up and running once again.
