A void in the retail sector is set to be filled soon with the opening of a new flower shop in Castlecomer Craft Yard (R95HY7X) in North Kilkenny on Friday, March 28.
Business hours will be from 10am to 5pm.
The shop will offer fresh flowers daily, as well as dried flowers and wreaths.

According to owner Majella, "I am so excited to soon be welcoming you to The Craft Yard in Castlecomer Discovery Park from the end of March (just in time for Mother’s Day). The Discovery Park always has a special place in my heart and feel this is where I’m meant to be.
"I hope to follow in the footsteps of talented florists Mary Slevin & Marian Fitzpatrick and provide you with beautiful flowers for all occasions."
