A Kilkenny woman has marked a significant milestone this week, celebrating 25 with the Ormonde Hotel.
Mags Foley has been a dedicated employee with the hotel for a quarter of a century, with her many colleagues and friends congratulating her on the achievement.
"Mags has been the warm and welcoming face that so many of our guests remember so fondly. Her dedication and kindness have left a lasting impression on all who walk through our doors," a hotel spokesperson said.
"Thank you for everything, Mags," they added.

Social media users were keen to wish Mags well online, with an innumerable number of comments appearing on the Facebook platform.
"Congratulations Mags is a lady," one person wrote, while another added, "It’s such a pleasure and privilege for us all to see you and so many long serving amazing team members celebrate this amazing milestone this year."
Meanwhile, one person complimented hailer her dear kindness, "thank you for all the kindness you have shown Mary and in the hotel."
