Plans lodged for two-storey coffee kiosk in Kilkenny deemed 'invalid'

Plans were recent submitted to Kilkenny County Council by Talbotsinch Limited seeking planning permission for the construction of a two-storey coffee kiosk in Kilkenny.

The proposed development address was listed as Phoenix Business Park, Talbotsinch, Freshford Road, Kilkenny.

The application also sought permission complete for signage, a site entrance, driveway, car parking area and ancillary site works for a period of ten years.

Upon reviewing the application, Kilkenny County Council deemed it to be 'invalid' as it did not contain all of the relevant information required.

The applicant has an opportunity to lodge a new planning application for the proposal, if they wish to do so.
