Mount Juliet Estate has launched its new two-year charity partnership with the Irish Cancer Society at Relay for Life Kilkenny, with team members coming together to take part in the 24-hour community event while raising vital funds for the charity through donations and competitions.

Together, staff, guests and supporters raised funds in support of the Irish Cancer Society, with all proceeds going directly to the charity. The partnership reflects the estate's ongoing commitment to giving back to the local community and supporting organisations that make a meaningful difference to people and families across Ireland.

Relay for Life celebrates cancer survivors, remembers those who have lost their lives to cancer, and unites communities in the fight against the disease. By launching the partnership at this landmark community event, Mount Juliet Estate stands alongside participants, volunteers and supporters while helping to raise vital funds for the Irish Cancer Society's free support services, cancer research and advocacy work.

Over the next two years, Mount Juliet Estate will host a series of fundraising initiatives including the Estate walk, annual Charity Golf event and Christmas Tree Lighting in support of the Irish Cancer Society, with the aim of making a lasting contribution to the organisation's work and the people it supports.

Speaking on the partnership Mark Dunne, General Manager of Mount Juliet Estate said : “At Mount Juliet Estate, community lies at the heart of everything we do. Partnering with Relay for Life, is the perfect opportunity for our team to align with our values and support the Irish Cancer Society. We are excited about what we can accomplish together over the next two years.”
